The last update now forces you to add credit cards instead of using Apple Pay. Haven’t been able to add any of my cards and when I go to payment methods the page won’t open. Not to mention, it’s just getting worse with less drivers every time, paying less to the drivers and more expensive.

After the latest update, the app is completely broken for me. I hear the sound of ride requests nearby, but nothing shows up on the screen. When they finally do appear, they disappear in a split second — way faster than normal. I used to get a lot of rides, but now it’s almost impossible. I’m not using any auto-click tools, I just want a fair chance like before. Please fix this issue ASAP

I am not able to book a minivan, SUV or 7 seaters. It would be great if it was possible. I could have used it for Airport drop off and pickups.

I love that I can choose my price but can you add stops in case of normal reasons

I requested a ride from the airport and the driver asked for extra fees for the airport toll. Those fees were not clarified on the application or by the driver while requesting the ride.

Do not use in Mexico. All taxi drivers have this app and will accept a ride to get you in the car and spike prices ridiculously!!

جميل فكرة العرض والطلب في البرنامج. تساعدني كثير خاصا في الرحلات الضرورية لمن الكباتن في تةبيقات اخرى مايقبلون الطلب بسبب ان السعر قليل. بمكاني ازود السعر واضمن ان الكابتن بيجيني. واستعمال التطبيق واضح بهءا الخصوص👍🏼

I downloaded this app to hail taxis in Tunisia. I signed up, placed a bid, and had the bid accepted. I get in, driver seems like he doesn’t know where to go. I arrive at my hotel and he claims there’s a 5 TND per bag upcharge. I know it’s a scam, but my bags are in the trunk and I need to get them. I’ve been using Bolt since then and I haven’t had any issues. App itself seems fine, but unless Bolt does something truly horrible to me, I’m not going back.

This apps needs alot of Rectification They exploits drivers to please their passengers Poor customer service they're never really attend to complaint of the users it's always a robotic response no effort put in place to resolve issues. This app almost got me beaten up. The local taxi drivers did not like the fact we used this app. They attacked the driver attempting to drag him out the car. I then tried to deescalate the situation and they squared up to me. Luckily my partner and I are big dudes so they backed off. Local hotel staff rushed out to protect us.

What Happened? Booked a ride at 4:20 AM via InDrive. The driver avoided main highways and tolls, only taking side roads. I became increasingly uncomfortable as he kept checking the mirror to look at me. Though his behavior seems suspicious, I complied for safety reasons most of the time as I am too afraid of accident, and potential crimes since he had my belongings, I felt unsafe and unable to call for help. HAND CARRY BAGS; I had two shoulder bags: 1.One shoulder bag was placed on the front floor of the bike. 2.One shoulder bag with me, containing a crossbody bag, with my money in the middle zipper pocket. KEY ISSUES FACED: Lack of Safety Equipment: No customer helmet was provided. Unusual Route & Behavior: The driver asked if my other shoulder bag as he couldn't see back from his rearview mirror. The driver avoided highways and toll roads. He was notified to check a gas station then take only side roads. Invasive & Suspicious Behavior: He asked personal questions and adjusted his rearview mirror to monitor me. He attempted physical contact, which I avoided. Theft of My Cash: When I reached my destination, I noticed my shoulder bag was unzipped, and my crossbody bag inside was improperly closed. My cash (4,500 ฿ and 300 $), stored in the inner zipped pocket, was missing. When confronted, the driver did not deny it and instead questioned how I would pay. Lack of Assistance: The driver refused to go to the airport police with me and told me that he had another passenger then drove away. CONCERNS & SUGGESTIONS: Taxi services must ensure driver background checks and safety protocols (helmets, route transparency, and prevention of suspicious behavior). I reported a criminal case in their daily report at Bhubing Rajanives Police Station with the support of Mueang Chiang Mai Tourist Police Station. ⚠️ I used this application to be safe and secure, both physically and mentally. They should filter the drivers information well for customers safety. Support team mentioned they permanently banned the driver but no more action was taken. Note: According to the police. the registered’s license plate and registered driver name don’t match. Plus they stated it's not a robbery, it's a crime.

Drivers are exploited while the platform prioritizes only passengers. If nothing changes, we will switch to fairer alternatives like Careem!

When rating driver, you need to show me a confirmation message. Some times a person taps on 3 instead of two. What’s worse is if the app is RTL when the OS is LTR the user will give 1 instead of 5 and vice versa. 2-Many times I don’t know where I am in the app

No es rentable por los bajos costos de los viajes

La aplicación es buena pero en ocasiones marca una dirección diferente a la que uno pone y hace que los carros se vayan a otro lugar diferente.

Bueno para los Pasajeros y mal para los conductores. Esta app no paga los peajes. Espero conducir cuando hayan actualizaciones y regula bien las tarifas que son muy bajas para el conductor
